Holiday Caravans (to let)
We have 3 holiday caravans to let, these are 28’ x 10’. With own decking for you to sit out on, also fencing surrounding you for your privacy. These are situated in a small secluded and hedged field used exclusively for the three caravans.
This field is opposite our touring park, and play area, shop, restaurant, laundry room and Clubhouse etc and are fully available for your use.
Please note: some facilities may not be available very early or late season, please check for availability to avoid disappointment.
The caravans have a lounge/ diner, colour TV, Gas heating. Two bedrooms with the lounge
Converting to a double bed, making the caravan possible to sleep six. Bedroom 1 has a
double bed and wardrobe fitment. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds and wardrobe fitment
The kitchen is fully fitted with stainless steal sink unit, full size cooker, fridge, Microwave, kettle and toaster. The shower room contains a cubicle shower, wash -basin and toilet.
The caravans are fully equipped, with duvets, pillows, crockery, cutlery and cooking
utensils. No linen is provided; you must bring your own top and bottom sheets,
pillowcases, towels, tablecloths, tea towels etc. (please bring a waterproof sheet for
young children)
Electric and Gas are FREE No Meters.
Families and couples only. (Over 25’years) No Pets.
These caravans are not suitable for the persons with
walking difficulties as the approach is by 15 steps from the private parking area.
We recommend these caravans for a peaceful holiday in the country, yet within minutes you can be in Torquay or Paignton, enjoying the holiday atmosphere. (Note: It is a good 20 mins walk from a bus route, so a car is preferable)
