Holiday Caravans 2012 Tariff

All caravans are 2004 Models

The tariff is based on 2 persons. If booking for 3 to 6 people, please add £15 per person to the tariff shown above.

10% for 2 people occupying same unit if both are senior citizens. * No discounts on weeks marked.

Some small breeds of dog may be accepted at the owners' discretion.
(Maximum 2 dogs) £14.00 per week per dog.

Saturday bookings only - exceptions may be possible in low season.
Adults only (over 25's). NO SMOKING.

Holiday Caravans (to let)

We have 3 holiday caravans to let, these are 28’ x 10’. With own decking for you to sit out on, also fencing surrounding you for your privacy. These are situated in a small secluded and hedged field used exclusively for the three caravans.

This field is adjacent to our touring park. You are welcome to use the Park's facilities such as the shop, restaurant, laundry room and Clubhouse etc are fully available for your use.

Please note: some facilities may not be available very early or late season, please check for availability to avoid disappointment.

The caravans have a lounge/ diner, colour TV, Gas heating. Two bedrooms with the lounge converting to a double bed, making it possible to sleep six. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and wardrobe fitment. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds and wardrobe fitment

The kitchen is fully fitted with stainless steel sink unit, full size cooker, fridge, Microwave, kettle and toaster. The shower room contains a cubicle shower, wash -basin and toilet.

The caravans are fully equipped, with duvets, pillows, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Linen is provided, but you must bring your own towels, tablecloths, tea towels etc.

Electric and Gas are FREE No Meters.

These caravans are not suitable for persons with
walking difficulties as the approach is by 15 steps from the private parking area.

We recommend these caravans for a peaceful holiday in the country, yet within minutes you can be in Torquay, Paignton or Brixham, enjoying the holiday atmosphere. (Note: It is a good 20 mins walk from a bus route, so a car is preferable)
