MINIMUM BOOKING— Easter weekend 4 nights, spring bank holiday 5 nights Tariff 4- 5 nights other tariffs 3 nights Although we strongly recommend booking for the busy months of July and August Casual arrivals can sometimes be accommodated CHARGES ARE PER NIGHT & INCLUDE 2 PERSONS & 1 CAR PER UNIT
Our electrical hook ups are 10 amp to BS434 round pin connection — 10 metre cable required
Maximum 6 people per unit.
We will try to accommodate any alteration to the dates of your booking this will incur a charge of £2.00
Your Day Visitors allowed by prior arrangement only
A small charge if staying more than 20 minutes is applicable.
Please enclose your deposit of £25.00 per unit plus £2.00 booking fee per week or part week.
Tariff 4 £50.00 per week. Plus £2.00 booking fee per unit.
The deposit is non- refundable but will be deducted from the total cost of your holiday, which is payable in full on arrival.
Non arrivals will lose their reservation after 24 hours unless site fees are fully paid in advance.
Please make cheques for Deposits payable to Widdicombe Farm (cheques must be received at least 28 days before arrival date) Postal orders or Debit/credit cards accepted. Cheques are not accepted for balance payments on arrival.
We will send confirmation showing the balance to pay, also the holiday insurance application form which we STRONGLY ADVISE as under no circumstances do we refund deposits.
