FAMILIES AND COUPLES ONLY A maximum of 6 occupants per unit. Bookings of more than 2 people will not be accepted where the majority of your party are 16-25 years of age.
We remind you that your booking is a legally binding contract. In the event of cancellation we are entitled to retain your deposit and ask for a further payment to compensate us for our loss. For your protection we suggest that you take advantage of holiday cancellation insurance.
COMMERCIAL TYPE VEHICLES, VANS ETC WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO OUR PARK.
Please keep your unit area clean and tidy. All litter to be placed in bins provided. Washing may be hung on window racks but please no washing lines.
VEHICLES may be parked next to units, but cars and motorcycles etc must not be used as general transport around the park. No car washing or repairs. No learner drivers. Please observe the 5mph speed limit around the site.
DOGS (see special note on tariff) A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome but we do ask that they are kept on a lead at all times and are not left unattended in cars and tents. A dog exercise field is provided. Owners who allow their dogs to foul any other part of the park will be asked to leave the site. Dogs are not allowed in any of the park buildings and must be kept quiet at all times.
CHIIDREN's playground is not supervised. Parents are responsible in all respects. Children are not allowed to play in or around the toilet block areas. Children under 7 must be accompanied to the toilets, showers and shop by an adult. Children are not allowed in the adult only areas of our park. Parents and cyclists please note that as our park is mostly terraced; in the interest of safety and consideration to all our park, cycles, skateboards, roller skates etc must not be used anywhere on our park, No water pistols, cap guns or any other loud sounding toys to be used. We have a specially designated area for families with children under the age of 14 years. This is adjacent to the play area, which means you do not have any worries of your children disturbing holiday makers without children who wish to enjoy the peace and quiet of our park. We welcome well behaved children, others result in families being asked to vacate our park. Thank you for your help in keeping Widdicombe Farm a peaceful park for everyone to enjoy.
SITES must be paid for prior to nights stay. A surcharge of £5.00 per unit will be levied on all overdue site fees collected. All units are checked early morning. Units sited before 9.00am will be charged the previous night's stay. Please ensure you unit label and car pass are displayed prominently. Stickers must be displayed on cars at all times and must not be removed before leaving the park. Sites are to be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. PM stays may be possible except in tariff 4.
UNITS must not be occupied by more than the number of persons booked. (Maximum of 6 people per unit including your day visitors) Maximum of 2 dogs.
DAY VISITORS However short their stay by prior arrangement with reception only. Day visitors with children will not be allowed to visit in the adult only' fields. Visitor's cars must not he driven or parked in the caravan or tent fields but parked as directed.
CONSIDERATION must be shown to all other campers at all times, especially at night. Radios, tvs etc should be audible to you but not your neighbours.
On breach of any of these conditions the proprietors shall be entitled to expel any camper without notice and the camper and rest of his/her party to leave the site and forfeit all monies paid. The proprietors shall not be liable to any person visiting the site for any personal injury, loss or damage to property including motor vehicles, motor cycles etc. however caused or sustained, he it by the management. staff or other visitors.
Our Fire Licence prevents the parking of more than one car per pitch at any time, so extra cars and visitors cars must be driven straight to and parked in the car park with a car pass displayed. in order to comply with planning and security regulations all visitors must register at reception however short their stay. Day Visitors 10.30am to 8:30pm only. Day visitors with dogs not allowed. Day visitors with children will not be allowed to visit in the adult only section. Please Note: Some facilities may not be available very early or late season. Please check at reception to avoid disappointment

In some cases, providing we have been, in writing, at least 20 days notice, you may (wherever possible) change the dates of your holiday, same duration of stay and within the same season. (this will incur a £2 administration cost).
